深圳市外事保障中心是中共深圳市委外事工作委员会办公室下属的事业单位，拥有多年的外事服务经验，熟悉礼宾接待的各项工作，拥有一支经验丰富的涉外咨询、培训、会务、礼宾接待的工作团队，具备熟悉有关涉外法律、法规以及各国领事认证、签证等业务的专业人士；拥有穿梭港澳的大、中巴士、商务车和小型轿车等各类车型，并有一支训练有素、技术精湛、熟悉周边城市和港澳道路的专业化队伍，是目前深圳市最优秀、最专业的车队之一。市编办于2012年10月下发《关于市外事接待车队更名及相关机构编制事项的批复》（深编办[2012]60号）文件，将1993年成立的深圳市外事接待车队（深圳市国宾车队）更名为深圳市外事保障中心，并于2013年4月正式挂牌成立。

Shenzhen Foreign Affairs Office Service Centre is a public service institution subordinate to the Office of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China. In October, 2012, the Office of the Government Set-up Committee of Shenzhen Municipality issued the document Official Reply on Renaming of Shenzhen Foreign Reception Convoy and Government Set-up Matters (SBB Decree No. 60 [2012]), renaming Shenzhen City’s Foreign Reception Convoy (Shenzhen City Convoy for State Guests) that was founded in 1993 to Shenzhen Foreign Affairs Office Service Centre, which was officially established in April, 2013.
